In the modern society,commodity transaction is not an uncommon activity.Hence,the commodity sales management system has become quite significant.In order to get adapted to the newest domestic and overseas trend,maintain survival in the severe competitions and seek for development in survival,enterprises must enhance their keen insight into the market and reinforce information-oriented brand construction.By virtue of information technology,enterprises can improve the efficiency of their operation,raise the standard of management and reach the objective of enhancing the brand competitiveness while reducing the cost.Hence,establishing a complete set of perfect and applicable sales management information system is undoubtedly one of the powerful means of realizing the above-mentioned objectives.First of all,Commodity(clothes)enterprises are taken as the background in this paper.the business process related with the supplier,products and customers is thoroughly analyzed in light of the demands of commodity(clothes)sales management.And the functions and demands of this sales management system are clarified and segmented.Secondly,two contextual models,i.e.traditional model and information-oriented model are compared and their advantages & disadvantages are analyzed;then feasibility analysis and demand analysis of current business conditions are described through modeling;finally,specific implementation of each system module are introduced in the paper.General management of Commodity sales activities are able to be achieved by design of this system.This sales management system is applicable to commodity(clothes)enterprises.Through the utilization of the system,enterprises are able to reduce the cost and raise the inventory turnover.Thus,it is of profound significance to enterprises in their scientific management.
