PID control has been widely used in various industrial processes,on account of its simple structure,good adaptability and strong robustness.The control effect of PID controller mainly depends on PID parameter setting,But traditional PID parameters optimization method is harder to meet the need with the increasingly complex industrial production process control.So the new type of PID parameter setting strategy has become the key to solve this problem.Seeker Optimization Algorithm is proposed to simulate human intelligence search form on the basis of swarm intelligence algorithms in recent years.SOA,with its advantages of convergence speed,strong search ability and has been used with a variety of parameters optimization problems.But many tests showed that the SOA also exist such as other group of intelligent algorithm in the search in the late into the local optimum.So,we introduced simulated annealing thought in the in-depth analysis and study on the basis of the original algorithm,choosing the optimal solution according to the Metropolis criterion and accept pareto solutions at a certain probability,which makes the algorithm to jump out of local optimal trap,improve the global search ability of the algorithm.And through the comparative study of the original algorithm and improved algorithm convergence effect under the general function test,we verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the improved algorithm.This paper proposed a new strategy by combining SOA with variable parameter PID control and selects the main steam temperature as controlled object and carries on the simulation research.Before and after comparison based on improved algorithm of variable parameter PID control effect,the simulation results showed that the improved algorithm has a better ability to resist "premature",and enhanced the global search ability.Finally,variable parameter PID control strategy can achieve good control effect.
