This thesis is designed to build the three-dimensional measurement system of the laser triangulation object contour information,which is based on the typical non-contact measurement technology and its basic principle is the use of non-diffraction of the light source will be projected to the surface of the object to be measured,The image sensor is used to collect the two-dimensional image of the laser line modulated by the surface contour information of the object,and then the 3D Express software is used for data extraction and computer software processing to measure the three-dimensional contour information of the object to be measured.This thesis analyzes and studies the three-dimensional structure of the optical measurement technology contour information relevant principles and implementation methods,On the basis of the research results both at domestic and abroad,through the research and demonstration of the three-dimensional measurement technology and software algorithm in the industrial field,and to build on Laser triangular principle of the object three-dimensional contour measurement system,but also taking into account the relevant requirements in the field of industrial applications.The paper also studies and discusses the problems such as system calibration,algorithm selection,camera selection,laser light source selection and extraction method of laser line center line.Finally,the measurement accuracy of the built system is verified by the measurement of the actual sample.
