As a kind of novel semiconductor materials,organic-inorganic perovskite has aroused wide concern among the people in the last few year.The hybrid organic-inorganic perovskit-based solar cells(PSCs)are developing repidly.The PSC conversion efficiencies have improved.The effect of the organic-inorganic perovskite is much accounted,not only the research in PSCs fileds has prodigious potential,but also have unique photoelectric properties.By adjusting the composition of halogens,especially the introduction of chlorine,the photoluminescence(PL)properties of organic inorganic hybrid perovskite will change dramatically.However,our study confirmed that the PL strength of CH3NH3PbBr3 material is more dependent on the content of CH3NH3Br in the precursor solution than that of chlorine.The effects of CH3NH3Br and Cl concentrations on the PL properties of CH3NH3PbBr3,Cl,were investigated.We found that the CH3NH3PbBr3-xClx films prepared by the high concentration CH3NH3Br precursor solution had higher PL emission intensity.To regulate the transformation of PbBr/PbCl2 molar ratio of CH3NH3PbBr3-xClx perovskite films luminescent intensity only in high concentration CH3NH3Br environment effect.many systematic studies on the properties of PL in single-crystal perovskite(MAPbX3:MA=CH3NH3,X =Br,I)are mainly focused on the transformation of inorganic parts.In this study,a series of perovskite materials with different organic and inorganic molar ratios were successfully prepared by inverse temperature crystallization(ITC)method.We also investigated the morphology and PL properties of these single crystal perovskite materials.The results show that the luminescence intensity of MAPbX3 single crystal was increased with increasing the organic content.In addition,the morphology and lattice constant of the material was also changed.In this paper,the optical properties of single crystal perovskite materials are also discussed.
