With the wide application of electronic electrical products,electromagnetic interference brings problems become more and more prominent.The electromagnetic compatibility of products in many countries have made mandatory requirements,China Compulsory Certification(CCC)put electromagnetic compatibility performance the same importance as safety performance.Therefore,the rational allocation of resources,integration of existing systems,improve the electromagnetic compatibility test platform,the information technology equipment such as electronic products of electromagnetic compatibility test diagnosis technology content,is the important topic of service in the current industry economy.In this paper,based on the status quo of electromagnetic compatibility test and fault diagnosis and demand,made the following work:(1)Using the concept of reusable components,completed the typical conduction conducted emission test platform design and radiation emission test platform design,Including the definition of software and hardware of system architecture,interface and software design,etc(2)Completed the Radiated,radio-frequency,electromagnetic field immunity test platform design,including software,hardware,calibration,testing,etc,and giving the instance.(3)Research on the electromagnetic compatibility of the system level diagnosis test.On the basis of fault tree analysis method,this paper structured a centered on the three elements of electromagnetic compatibility of general EMC fault tree model.According to the spread of the coupling way was different,respectively was conducted emission and radiation emission testing method was studied,determined the electromagnetic compatibility of the technical scheme of fault diagnosis of automatic test system,and giving the instance.
