This article through to the Liaoning rural broadcasting history of rise now summed up the research, development, management features and achievements over the years and the problems, put forward the development strategy to adapt to the new era from the perspective of media environment, the Liaoning rural broadcasting real transformation optimize fundamental, development in innovation, at the same time provide assistance for China rural development, but also for the future of the national agricultural research provides a case study on the radio.In this study, the author through the use of literature, field survey, content analysis,case analysis, expert interview, Liaoning radio and television station broadcast country the establishment background, development stages in ten years were analyzed,combined with the local rural broadcasting stations for comparative study, summed up the frequency characteristics of Liaoning rural broadcasting in twelve years of accumulation of development, analysis of its development dilemma may face in the next development,and try to put forward the development strategy,in order to speed up the development of Liaoning rural broadcasting speed, promote the Chinese of agricultural radio and television building, truly to speak for the farmers, for farmers the characteristics of the rural radio China.
