In the next decade, the communication technology of 60GHz millimeter wave will pay people's attention, because of its high speed rate of transmission and huge available bandwidth. Some advantage country had been researching the communication technology of 60GHz millimeter wave for 10 years, so the communication technology of 60GHz millimeter wave is well-round so far, but our motherland had been doing this research in recent years, some areas are waited for completing. It will be a developing trend to design wireless communication system with higher frequency, and we can see the communication technology of 60GHz millimeter wave everywhere. This paper adopts hybrid integrated circuit achieve the goal.In combination theoretical knowledge with project goal, this paper completes the following tasks: according to circuit indicators design a few different inverter circuits,and though analyzing their advantages and disadvantages from objective reality and choose a most available solution. The former part of this paper introduces passive device and do some simulation in HFSS, including filters, waveguide-to-micro-strip and transmit-line. According to the simulation results, we machine some available model.Then this paper introduces active device and through the result of theoretical calculation choosing MMIC chips. In the end of this paper, some procession technique are outlined,including gold wire bonding and conducting resin, then, we do some tests for the inverter circuit, and the result of the whole inverter circuit is basic satisfied with the indicators, finally, we do some conclusions and expectations.
