Research On Information Operation Skills Training Platform Based On Collaborative Filtering And Radar Chart Method

With the overall promotion of“three sets and five”system construction of power grid enterprise,avariety of applications and management systems have been on line.Information communication system is an important part of electric power system,its safe and reliable operation are very important to maintain the stability of electric power system.Having a group excellent information operation personnel,who adapt to new situation requirements and have solid skills,are the foundation to ensure the safe and reliable operation of information communication system,information operation skills training is an effective way to improve the professional skills level of information operation personnel.As for the problems existing in information operation personnel professional skills training of power grid enterprise,this paper conducted the research on information operation skills training based on collaborative filtering and radar chart method from three aspects.Aiming at the problem of can't meeting the personalized needs of information operation personnel for information operation skills knowledge in the process of information operation skills learning.This paper puts forward a personalized recommendation model of information operation skills knowledge based on collaborative filtering.The basic idea of this model is as follows: Firstly,an implicit rating mechanism is designed,which converts online learning behavior of the information operation personnel into implicit rating of information operation skills knowledge.Secondly,a collaborative filtering algorithm based on user interest and item feature is proposed,this is to say,item correlation is introduced into user similarity calculation,and time function is introduced into non scoring item prediction.From the above two aspects to improve traditional collaborative filtering algorithm.Finally,improved collaborative filtering algorithm is applied to personalized recommendation of information operation skills knowledge.The effectiveness of the personalized recommendation model is verified by experiment.Aiming at the problem of can't figuratively and intuitively reflecting information operation skills comprehensive level of information operation personnel in the process of information operation skills evaluation.This paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation model of information operation skills based on radar chart method.The basic idea of this model is as follows: Firstly,evaluation indexes system of information operation skills is established according to the research situation and the indexes system construction principles.Secondly,a radar chart comprehensive evaluation method based on combination weighting is proposed,this is to say,combination weighting method is used to calculate the weights of evaluation indexes,which are converted into central angle of the corresponding sector region of radar chart,and diagonal of sector area is used as index axis.From the above two aspects to improve traditional radar chart method.Finally,improved radar chart method is applied to comprehensive evaluation of information operation skills.The reliability of the comprehensive evaluation model is verified by experiments.Based on the above theoretical research,power grid enterpriseinformation operation personnelprofessional skills training platform has been developed in this subject,which realizes the integrated management of information operation skills learning,training,examination and evaluation.This platform adopts a training mode of learning,training,examination and evaluation.It provides a professional skills training environment combing information operation skill learning,training,examination and evaluation for information operation personnel.The platform can improve the professional skills level of information operation personnel,thereby,ensuring the safe and reliable operation of information communication system.
