The size and defects of precise control of micro parts are the key to ensure the quality of micro small products,manual detection With the tools of microscopic is the main mearsure currently which causes deviation of detection result because of the subjectivity and uncertainty of artificial operation,and labor intensity is high,work efficiency and detection accuracy are low,the research of the micro parts quality detection system,realizes online high precision detection.By analyzing the development of micro parts quality detection technology,the IC probe is chosen as the research object,aiming at the common probe quality problems(including size deviation and surface defect),on the basis of field test results of the latest technology and research,using computer vision technology to design the quality testing system of IC probe,the key technologies used in the research include image mosaic,image processing,edge detection,sub-pixel edge location,defect recognition and extraction,and camera calibration are researched further.Analyzing and comparing various edge detection algorithm and sub-pixel positioning algorithm,the most suitable Canny operator is selected to detect the edge and defect edge of the probe,and the sub-pixel algorithm Zernike moments is improved of.The surface scratches,trachoma,holes and cracks of the probe these four kinds of surface defects and size(including straight line length and axial diameter)are established by using feature model,the corresponding defect is described by the characteristic parameters such as rectangle degree,extension length and radian,the defect classifier is constructed based on cluster analysis to realize the recognition and classification playback of the integrity and size of the probe.Based on the thorough analysis of the micro parts detection system theory and the method,Open CV is selected as the visual development environment,image processing and image stitching and edge detection and feature extraction of the parts waiting for the detection are simulated and make experiments with Its powerful visual processing library,Combined with Visual C++ development tools to constitute online detection software system,dong test experiment with the same batch of IC probes,Verifying the rationality of micro parts quality detection system and the feasibility of detection methods.
