Nowadays, the Micro Course has become a hot research topic, Micro Course known as the target of a single, short, clear characteristics and content. Based on these characteristics, the class is regarded as a kind of application are pointed, and can focus on the micro teaching to solve the problem of a certain teaching resources, and therefore liked by the majority of teachers.Besides focusing on the teaching point, according to their aptitude, respect for individual differences is a highlight of micro class, by playing streaming media resources, can realize the pacing learning, meet the students'learning ability and learning efficiency of differentiation. And to the learners of different cognitive style, it can be considered through the adoption of cognitive style to match with micro class application ways to improve the teaching effect, for example, the teacher can be determined according to the characteristics of learners in which learning phase using micro class teaching, adopt what kind of teaching organization form, etc., to improve the effect of classroom teaching. Based on this, this paper carried out the following research:(1) cognitive style based on the study of micro effect how? (2) the class applications (including using micro class stage, the collaborative learning or independent study of the choice of teaching organization form based on the study of micro effect how? In order to through the action research has a guiding significance to the conclusion, improve micro class the teaching application value. The study practice in a vocational college class one, grade one students of the course "computer application foundation", in the teaching practice, first of all, according to the cognitive way of students into two groups, with each group of students again divided into independent learning and cooperative learning, students of the four groups, respectively, using different ways to small class teaching, finally analyze the study effect.Practice has proved that the teachers in the use of micro class, which can not emphasized in the teaching application target under using micro class; Good collaborative learning environment to improve students use micro course learning achievement; Students'cognitive style to a certain extent, affect learning, that is to say, the teachers in the use of small class teaching, it is necessary to learners to group teaching according to cognitive ways, so that we can improve the teaching effect, enhance learning interest, promote effective teaching.
