Based on these characteristics, the class is regarded as a kind of application are pointed, and can focus on the micro teaching to solve the problem of a certain teaching resources, and therefore liked by the majority of teachers.Besides focusing on the teaching point, according to their aptitude, respect for individual differences is a highlight of micro class, by playing streaming media resources, can realize the pacing learning, meet the students'learning ability and learning efficiency of differentiation. And to the learners of different cognitive style, it can be considered through the adoption of cognitive style to match with micro class application ways to improve the teaching effect, for example, the teacher can be determined according to the characteristics of learners in which learning phase using micro class teaching, adopt what kind of teaching organization form, etc., to improve the effect of classroom teaching.
