Telecommunication Business Operating Support System has become one of the most important means to help China Telecom obtaining competitive advantage,with the development of communication technology and the increasingly fierce market competition.How to share and operate data between different systems smoothly,easily and securely has become an important task of Telecommunication Business Operating Support System.Currently,there's a short of the uniform management between Ningxia Telecom billing systems and its' peripheral interfaces,while the large amount of interface and their protocols causing complicate relationships.The Service Gateway(SGW)serves as a bridge for the application of information exchange between each element of the billing operation network and the external business.SGW is also responsible for accessing external applications to billing operating network,and conversing of the access protocol.The interface solutions proposed in this paper has strong versatility for telecom operators,and it establishes nice base for establishing a new Operating Support System of China Telecom Ningxia Branch.Firstly,the relationship between the billing system and the peripheral system has been introduced.Secondly,the establishment and packaging technologies of SGW,which is the core technology for the interfaces,have been described in details.Wherein,the working principle of SOCKET has been illustrated,and,the content,formats,error control,data transfer mode packet format of interface and even the protocol used between interfaces,etc.have been described in details.Thirdly,the interface between the billing system and the customer relationship management(CRM2.0),and the one between the bank deposit systems have been implemented separately.At last,the database with interface tables and SOCKET communications has been employed to achieve the above-mentioned problems respectively.The system technology was used overall.Finally,the test results of Ningxia Telecom billing system and its specific applications have been introduced.The function points for Bank interface have been tested,and a detailed analysis of the test interface has been proposed.On the basis of sufficient investigation and research,and actual situations and characteristics of the in Ningxia telecom billing system and customer relationship management(CRM2.0 system and accounting system and bank collecting interface,and ultimately determine the methods and techniques used in the construction.The design and deployment of the existing interface of Ningxia have been carded in this paper.The realization of interface design has been analyzed for Ningxia Telecom's business developing requirements.The technology used between the billing system and its peripheral systems,the running of SGM,and design of the processes have been particular described.The seamless processing of the interface between the Ningxia billing system and the neighboring systems has ensured the timeliness,security and accuracy of the services.
