The full name of AMOLED is Active-matrix organic light emitting diode,AMOLED is known as next generation display technology.It has many advantages such as wide color gamut and high contrast,the power consumption and cost has obvious advantages compared with traditional LCD.As the future of display technology,which can be made into a flexible display to become the focus of the next display industry.AMOLED has its unique advantages,but it has the production bottleneck when mass production,how we can improve yield to meet production needs of various manufacturers becoming an urgent problem.As the advanced display technology,related equipment owned by foreign equipment manufacturers,what kind of equipment can meet the AMOLED characteristic becomes a difficult for domestic enterprises.The thesis introduces the research background and significance of the subject,and then analyzes the principle of AMOLED and manufacturing processes,and studied the difficulties in the process and the corresponding compensation measures,and proposed the corresponding characteristics of the equipment according to the existing shortcomings about the equipment,on the basis of the equipment,Aging system is described in detail.The main contents are as follows:1.According to the process flow of AMOLED now,the problems and solutions of process production have been studied.AMOLED process is mainly divided into the Array process and OLED process,I have been analyzed the defect in production process and the improve method.Combined with the improvement of the defect needs to develop the corresponding aging equipment requirements.2.The pixel circuit and driver circuit in AMOLED are analyzed in detail.The demand of voltage and signal in the internal circuit of AMOLED is the premise aging equipment development,it mainly research the working process of pixel circuit and driving circuit,and provide a theoretical basis for equipment design.3.Put forward the specification of equipment,the design the hardware circuit and software flow of aging equipment.According to the aging condition of AMOLED,the specification of aging equipment is put forward,and the corresponding hardware circuit and control software are designed.The power supply circuit improves the existing problems of weak driving ability.The new design scheme of signal circuit is designed,which ensures that the data signal can be adjusted in frequency,duty cycle and voltage amplitude.Overcome the problem of foreign equipment can not meet the domestic partial demand,in order to meet the existing products and set aside a certain space for future products.
