With the development of social civilization, the trend of the times signified by “informatization” has permeated into all walks of life, especially the application technology of computer and internet. The enormous benefit from such a trend is demonstrated from street vendors to large enterprises. It's not difficult to find that many enterprises taking the lead in their respective industries exclusively adopt various methods of by informatization for improving the internal management level and changing their traditional old management mode, exhibition industry being no exception. Through decades of development, exhibition industry is growing more and more prosperous, with exhibitions in large and small cities springing up one after another. As a newly emerging industry, the exhibition industry, with its 1:9 economic driving force, has become a substantial bridge for communication and cooperation among other industries.In recent years, the number of exhibitions, scale of exhibitions and the number of exhibition participants have kept growing at a relatively high growth rate. However, with the emergence of big data age, most exhibition companies in China, relatively small in scale, with poor information processing ability and feeble awareness against the impact of such an age, follow their own past experience of holding the exhibitions but ignore the importance internal management by informatization, which leads to severe shrinkage of quality of many exhibitions. For exhibition enterprises, the most important part of the entire internal management system is the customer resource management section, which highlights the “customer centered” value as the tenet each exhibition company continuous striving for. Currently, most exhibition enterprises are still using the traditional paper forms in their work for maintaining their relationship with their customers, which greatly reduces the utilization rate of their customer resources. Therefore, how to strengthen customer resource management and improve customers' loyalty degree has become the key for survival and development for every exhibition enterprises.With the current mainstream B/S framework being the basic system mode, and the Visual Studio 2010 being the integrated development environment, the Design carries out the data storage design by adopting SQL 2008 data base, ASP. NET and other technologies, for providing important assistance in customer management work of enterprises; and by system data mining and analysis, the paper aims to provide support for decision making by the management level of enterprises, and thus formulating practical and effective strategic deployment for market exploration of the enterprises. This design mainly covers customer archive management, customer service management, exhibition project management, customer value evaluation, and decision analysis support, etc for the routine operational activities of exhibition enterprises.
