Mobile medical care,as a new type of health care model,combines mobile computing,medical sensing and communication technology together,which enables people to monitor physical conditions without affecting their daily work and life,thus the early detection of disease and early treatment are achieved.Wearable medical instruments,as part of mobile medical care,are small,intelligent and wearable compared with the traditional medical equipment,which help people to monitor their health at a lower cost.Wearable and mobile medical care has become a hotspot in the field of medical instruments because of its convenience and mobility.Physiological parameters' monitoring system of human body,which makes people monitor their physical condition at anytime and anywhere,is getting more popular among researchers and users.Based on the above background,a physiological parameters' monitoring system based on mobile platform is designed and implemented.The system is mainly composed of simulated physiological parameters' collecting device,mobile phone as monitoring terminal and remote server.The physiological parameters obtained by the collectiong device are transmitted to the mobile terminal through Bluetooth,and then the mobile terminal processes these parameters,shows them on the screen display and then upload relating data to the remote server for the permanent storage of physiological parameters.Some other auxiliary functions are also achieved to enable users to get a better experience.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The research background of this subject and the purpose and significance of the research on the physiological parameters' monitoring system based on mobile platform are discussed in this thesis,and the research status of mobile medical care and noninvasive continuous monitoring of physiological parameters both at home and abroad are discussed too.(2)The processes of extraction and interpolation,baseline drift removal and noise removal of physiological signals are discussed in detail by using pulse wave as an example.The optimal method is selected by comparing the effects of various methods and the ECG signals are used to test these methods.(3)The time domain and frequency domain of the pulse wave are analyzed and thecharacteristic parameters are selected.The extraction methods of characteristic parameters of the time domain and the frequency domain are discussed.The blood pressure models of characteristic parameters in time domain,frequency domain and both are deduced based on the artificial neural networks.And the three models were tested,compared and analyzed.(4)The overall architecture of the monitoring system based on the mobile platform is introduced,the design and implementation of the various functional modules of the monitoring system including the simulation of the physiological parameters' collecting device,the mobile terminal and the remote server are described in detail.
