Design And Implementation Of Payment Decision System For Small And Medium Sized Enterprise

Small and medium-sized enterprises in our country have been more and more important with the development of economy.The survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises have played very important roles in the development of national economy to increase employment opportunities and improve the life standard for people.The scientific management is the key for survival and development of the fund.For such an aim,the daily purchase,sales business and financial revenue and expenditure control should be mainly concerned as its core contents.On the basis of deep investigation,this paper aims at the requirements of fund management for small and medium enterprises through the establishment of information system for payment and income,the use of a certain way of income and expenditure related information,and the proportion of the final establishment to set up a scientific payment decision-making system.This paper first introduces the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research status of the Enterprise Capital Management System,analysis of the existing problems of similar software for description of the research content and research methods.Then this paper introduces the concept of the system design to present the concept of system design,the key issues for the system design as well as its interpretation and explains the system design.This part is the requirement which analyses to prevent the main design proposal and the exhibition of the whole skeleton for the system,elaborately interprets the three modes including business management,payment system,and backstage management for the system to realize the possible functionality as well as the detail design.The paper continues to illustrate the determination and analysis procedures as well as results of the functional modes in the system.At the end of the paper summarizes the main content of the whole project as well as my outlook about payment decision system for small and medium sized enterprise based on these analyses.I made some prospects in this area.The whole system can help the operator to find the problems in the management of the enterprise,to remind the operator to take preventive measures as soon as possible,to avoid business risks.
