The Design And Implementation Of Conference Room Management System In BENXI IRON & STEEL (GROUP) CO.,LTD.

The conference room management system is to make full use of conference room resources in Benxi Iron and Steel Co.,avoided the problems to postpone or cancel the meeting because of no free meeting room.Through the unified management of the conference room resource,system development to provide meeting rooms for the use of resources information and reservation services so as to save the meeting organizer's time.The system uses Java language,by spring unified management,uses of the inversion of control and dependency injection mechanism make the object more convenient.The persistence layer framework adopts IBATIS,which is a flexible ORM framework.The data storage uses powerful Oracle database.This framework of the whole system is loosely coupled,facilitating the development of the system.The system in this paper adopts two sets of different subsystems,the meeting room management system in accordance with the subsystem with different permissions devide the system into six parts.They are the meeting room booking,meeting room management,message board,user information management,Department of information,statistical information.All parts are respectively corresponding to book conference room,meeting room resource management,administrators and ordinary users to exchange information,user information management,Department of information management,meeting room usage statistics and so on.It's different permissions subsystem in each function of the permission,and the system can distinguish different personnel information and gives the administrator or normal user permissions.System of testing and trial results show that the better performance of the system,practical,real-time monitoring,easy to use,to the efficient management of conference rooms,the effects of the use of resources.By the way,system is reusable,easy to maintain and updates,which also has a strong scalability.
