The Research On The Adoption And Demonstration Of The Agriculturale-Government Website

Under the background of the informatization tide,the establishment and development of the agricultural government affairs can accelerate the development of agriculture in our country,and can promote the progress of agricultural science and technology,promoting the solution of "three agricultural problems".The agricultural E-government website is a fairly important part of the agricultural government affairs,since it is an important platform that can publish information for citizens,popularize technology and allow people work on the internet.By the end of June in 2012,about thirty one provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)inour country have established the competent departments and the full-time agencies responsible for agricultural and rural informatization,and seventy percent of towns have set up the information service station,also the number of the village-level information service stations has been more than one million,which shows that the governmental agricultural agencies have fully realized the importance of the agricultural E-government website for the development of the local agriculture,and have positively constructed the website.However,at the present stage,it can be discovered from the use situation of the website that users have not paid much attention to the use of the agricultural E-government website,and that the access amount is not much,even is zero sometimes,which cannot make the website effective.So whether the target users can accept and use the agricultural E-government website is an important measurable indicator to estimate whether the platform is effective.Thus the author thinks that it is important to research the construction status,use status and influencing factors of the agricultural E-government website.Through analyzing and reviewing the related literature at home and abroad,also gathering and arranging the related materials about the agricultural E-government website,this article researched the influencing factors when the target users adopted the website,and constructed the adopting model of the agricultural E-government website.Firstly,this paper had read and arranged the research on the adoptions of the E-government website and the agricultural E-government website,then had induced and learned the related theories about the adoption of the E-government website.Based on the technological adopting model,according to the characteristic of agricultural E-government websites,this paper took advantage of IDT,credit theories and factors in UTAUT,constructing the adopting model of the agriculture E-government website and proposing six hypothesis of research.Secondly,the author had analyzed and researched the construction status and the use status.On the one hand,the author tried to understand the column setting,the service contentand the main function of the website;on the other hand,the author researched the use status of the agricultural E-government website and the problems when users were using the agricultural E-government website.Then according to the influencing factors,the author designed the questions,and by using questionnaires researched the factors influencing the adoption of the agricultural E-government website,then by using the method of regression analysis verified hypothesis proposed in this paper.Finally,this article concluded the problems involved in the agricultural E-government website,and according the research findings propounded suggestions.
