With the rapid development of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,the service industry development by leaps and bounds,especially logistics industry,there is a lot of business opportunities,so small and medium-sized express company surge in the number of,and competitive conditions than large courier companies in this situation makes many small express delivery enterprises in the competition at a disadvantage.In this context,small and medium courier companies need to better express service platform,to narrow the relationship with customers,thereby enhancing the status of competition.Customer relationship management system in this paper is to develop a CRM(Customer Relationship Management)is for small and medium-sized enterprises of express,in addition to providing basic express service also provides store customer information modify search,the admissibility of complaints and view previous complaints,customers to see how long there is no business dealings,customers or the date of the celebration dating back long additional service function,mainly express delivery business is completed at the same time,providing more customer service category,thereby increasing customer service dependence,improve competitiveness.After ten months of development,the ultimate realization of the system,to complete the basic business functions,but also to provide additional above a service,reached the original design of the system.
