In today's society, the project's demand is growing rapidly. For the construction of a high quality projects and high production efficiency of integrated enterprise project management and implementation, using appropriate management style is very important. Project management information system is designed for implementation of project information management. Through the system, enterprises can be more efficient and scientific to manage the project, to improve efficiency, to shorten the construction time and to save the cost of the project. Eventually enterprises can improve the comprehensive competitive strength of themselves.According to the actual demands of Lenovo's product project management like notebook and desktop, this paper designs a solution research on daily management condition of its project management system. The research says that in whole project management process in Lenovo, each project is to experience complicated stages including concept design stage, plan stage, development test stage, production test stage, volume production stage and commercialization stage. Each stage contains large number of jobs while each function sector member is in tight connection of other members. This makes methods of traditional mail and regular meeting to monitor and share project progress fail to meet increasing project management needs among members from various function sectors. Moreover, inefficiency of interdepartmental collaboration under above circumstance results in serious delays that occur in various phases of the projects. To fix these problems, new system is designed functionally to meet needs of project management, schedule management, member management and product management with help of Html5 and Css3 and other critical technical skills. Eventually SQL database design helps complete system calls. In the end of the study, system test results are showed and insufficiency and optimization are raised.In conclusion, this study analyzes project management system design and implementation to ensure efficiency and timeliness. Through the application of computer technology and Web development technologies, lightweight is achieved.
