3D ground targets reconstruction based on the aerial image sequence has an important value in many fields, such as military reconnaissance, navigation, surveying and mapping, target recognition, etc. Stereo vision is an important field of computer vision. To get depth of the target, synthetic aperture vision uses the information of all image sequence. It has the advantage of high reliability, stealth, and no pollution. This paper studies three-dimensional imaging based on synthetic aperture of sequence of aerial image. The main content of this paper is as follows:Firstly, the theory of depth from focus and defocus, and the methods of calculating depth are introduced. High resolution image can be influenced and then become low resolution image. Its inverse process is the reconstruction process. And then super-resolution reconstruction is researched. The main methods of super-resolution reconstruction are also introduced. The combination method of synthetic aperture imaging and super resolution reconstruction is studied. Similarity measure based on mutual information is researched. We can use histogram to calculate mutual information. The synthetic aperture vision processing can realize the random movement of the focusing surface. And then gets the target depth according to the change of target area of focus and defocus. Target distance measurement based on synthetic aperture focus imaging is introduced in this paper. Image sequence is got. And then super-resolution reconstruction of image sequence is done. 3D reconstruction of aerial terrain image sequence is done. Simulation experiments verify that the algorithm is feasible.Target distance measurement based on binocular synthetic aperture focus can suppress common mode error. Target distance measurement based on synthetic binocular aperture focus imaging is proposed in this paper. We use two symmetric circular arrays of cameras to get sequences of image. The synthetic aperture error is mainly presented as the common mode error. The binocular distance measurement improves the performance of distance measurement based on binocular synthetic aperture focusing. The validity of the algorithm is verified by the measured data in this paper. The technology can be applied to vehicle and aircraft navigation.
