Research Of The Coal Quality Whole Process Management Information System In Coal Enterprise

With the development of market economy and coal enterprises, the business process of coal management becomes increasingly complex, at present, although most coal mines have taken many measures in coal quality management, but they still exist the passive management situation which the test mainly would be conducted at the end of the process and ignore the all-round management of coal quality information,effecting the coal quality. Coal quality management is the whole process, all-round and all staff of management. Coal enterprises should grab the source and deepen the management for stable development and improving the level of coal quality management.This thesis is based on the actual project, against the demand of the coal enterprises, a whole process access control model of based on role is proposed and build a whole process of coal quality information management system. Firstly, Through research and tracking a domestic coal enterprise in coal quality management process, we analyze and comb the whole business process and the flow trend of coal quality data in detail; then study the organization,aiming at the nature of work to classify the permission of staffs and overview the audit process of coal quality data; on the basis of analyzing RBAC model in the implementation mechanism of access control, combined with the authority limits of whole process of coal quality, from subject set and permission set two part for changing, a whole process access control model of based on role and access strategy of audit are proposed; finally,on the above researches, relying on a quality management information system, to design service modules,realize the coal quality information management of whole process, and from two aspects of authority management and the approval of coal quality in the whole process to test a specific example for verifying the feasibility and validity of the model.Research results applied to a certain enterprise coal quality whole process management information system, the results indicate: a whole process access control model of based on role can solve the authority limits of whole process of coal quality, simplify the approvalprocess and easier to understand and extend. The implementation of the system promotes leaders to pay more attention to comprehensive management, and bring greater benefits for enterprises.
