With the resource shortage and environmental pollution, while manufacturing industry ensure its competitiveness, it also needs to realize its sustainable development, and remanufacturing is that important way to realize the sustainable development. For the waste products, we should consider whether they can be remanufactured, also need to consider the information management of remanufacturing process.This paper summarizes and classifies the indicator factors which influence the product remanufacturing, and carries on the quantitative formula; it analysis the process of remanufacturing evaluation step by step, based on waste products failure data and actual life using data, combination of three parameter Weibull distribution and neural network to analyze product remaining life, mainly analyzes its reliability in actual using life and the next service cycle; for the products which have remanufacturing potential should match with the product instances of entity repository to ensure its remanufacturability; Finally the waste products which can't be matched should use fuzzy hierarchy method to establish the remanufacturing evaluation, and get its remanufacturability.Secondly, based on the basis of the above theory and combined with the actual needs, set up to make the overall framework of remanufacturing evaluation and information management system. Use B/S three layer architecture,the framework of Struts+Spring+Hibernate and Java EE platform to develop this system, because it can improve the scalability and maintainability.Finally, based on the failure data and actual using life of the car engine to get the average service life and prediction model of actual using life; According to the forecast model can calculate the single waste engine's actual using life; in the end use the calculation data to demonstrate with the remanufacturing evaluation and information management system.
