In recently years, wireless communication technologies have been developing rapidly, and becoming a key supporting technology in our daily life. More industries and more people rely on the development of wireless communication technologies. At the same time, the demand for wireless communication services is increasing, which makes the most important spectrum resources in wireless communication networks become scarce, and the cost of accessing communication services is growing. How to make full use of the limited resources to meet the increasing demand for wireless communication services, and reduce the service cost has become an important issue to be studied. Existing static spectrum allocation management has been the major problem influencing the improvement of spectrum utilization efficiency. Fortunately, cognitive radio technology provides effective solutions for breaking through the technical bottleneck and making full use of the limited wireless communication network resource. Furthermore, how to control the power and access price of wireless communication networks has attracted much attention of researchers, and thus the research on network architecture and technology is becoming more and more efficient. The main contribution of this thesis is to study spectrum distribution and management method in multihop wireless networks, and give thorough consideration on the cost of the services, aiming at the minimum cost of spectrum allocation management method. In this thesis, we study the method of spectrum allocation in multihop cognitive radio networks for the lowest price. The network architecture has been redesigned in order to meet the requirements of the user with the network communication service demand, to enable the lowest services prices from the point of view of the whole network by considering the throughput, the optimal spectrum allocation management method. For the application of the methods to decrease the complexity in the practical scenario, a heuristics algorithm has been adopted to model this problem and allocated the resources with the lowest cost while meeting the requirements the users.Spectrum management method for multihop cellular sensor networks has been studied in this thesis for air quality monitoring based on information centric networks. Because of the network size, the storage capacity and the power constraints, we studied the spectrum utilization problem with transmission power control. This problem is modeled as a Restless Bandits model with constraints. By introducing the penalty factor, the problem is transformed into a Restless Bandits model for processing. The sensors can effectively transmit data, with the reduced overall power consumption of the wireless sensor networks.
