The charging station is an important guarantee system for electric vehicles. Japan, the United States and other European countries have begun to build a number of charging station network. In Beijing, Shenzhen, Wuhan and other places, they have established intelligent charging station in order to achieve the commercial development of the electric vehicle as soon as possible. In the present situation, there is not enough reference data for preceding planning and construction of charging station, so this can lead to high redundancy in core design parameters, low use rate in equipment and excessive investment in power station construction.In order to optimize core parameters and reduce the construction cost in power station. Based on ASP.NET technology, this topic has researched and designed the simulation software in charging station. Moreover, the system development language is C #, system architecture has used C/S mode and system database has adopted SQLserver2012. The main process of simulation software is the daily actual business operation equal proportion time shortened in power station. The specific functional requirements include system management, system parameter setting, dynamic graphics display and data storage four functional modules. In the process of simulation, we can test battery parameters information, Charger power, the required number in exchanged station whether meet the operation needs and further optimize the system configuration data. Finally, the simulation results of the charge station operation simulation data obtained from the mainstream are output by figure.Through the design and Realization of the simulation software, we can optimize the core parameters and improve the economic performance of the charging station. Compared the simulation data and the actual data by simulation of the charging station scale in the World Expo, the result showed the error between simulation data and actual data was allowable in the charging time, the number of running vehicles, equipped battery number and distribution capacity, this not only certify that the SOC-Charging Power and SOC-Time relational models are relatively accurate, but reflect the actual Operation process in charging station. Furthermore, through the system test you can see this topic research has a certain application value and market prospect.
