LED prober and Bin library system are the modular which realize the function of prober, storage and transportation of the machine. To find the defects of the PC software which control these two modular, we need do software test. In this paper, we study the black-box testing of the PC software of these two modules. The research contents of this paper are as follows:According to the functional characteristics of the test object, the test requirement analysis is carried for the module. For the prober area, analyzed the test requirement method of the quality coefficient. For the Bin library system analyzed the test requirement of the trans-car's business process. Achieved a clear understanding of the prober area and the Bin system's test requirements.Analyzed the test concern and test method. On the basis of the analysis of the test requirement, summarized the test point of the test object. Using the equivalence partitioning method, boundary value analysis method, error detection method to design the test case of prober area. Using the scenario generation method to design the test case of trans-car's business process. At last Designed the specification and the use of Bug case to meet the Bug's records and track.Analyzed the hardware and software requirements of the software, and the testing environment is set up to meet the requirements of testing. Sorted the test module according to the weight priority, and the test case is executed according to the result of the sort. Analyzed the distribution of Bugs which were recorded in Bug case from the point of view of module and test point and found the potential location of defects. Based on the research of Bug case, designed and executed the regression test.
