With the rapid development of world science and technology, large-size three-dimensional high-precision of the whole scene test technology needs in aviation,aerospace, military and civilian fields increased quickly. Because the traditional coordinate measurement technology has been unable to meet the above requirements, it needed a new coordinate measuring method to solve the problem. The vision coordinate measurement technology as a emerging three-dimensional coordinate measuring technology based on computer vision and coordinate measuring technique, through the idea of a new coordinate measuring production, adapts the new and higher requirements of modern technology in the measurement accuracy of measurement, measuring range and other aspects.In analysis and research of the existing coordinate measurement technology and the need for practical application, a monocular vision coordinate measurement methods based on optical imaging of feature points of the probe is selected. In this method, the CCD camera within the parameters through the accurate calibration placed in the measurement site gets the image of the optical probe feature points, through the analysis of the coordinates of feature points and the known optical measuring stick, space coordinates of points are determined by the measured geometric constraints knowledge to achieve the purpose of measurement.The method through a measuring method of multi-location combination for monocular vision measurement system expands the measurement range and improves the measurement accuracy in the depth direction of the system. The method through the establishment of survey control network by setting the secondary survey control points around the piece, by control network obtained measurement data at different position getting by the camera into a unified coordinate system in object space, access to global measurements, achieves the overall Measurements. Taking into account the establishment of survey control network directly affects the accuracy of the measurement precision of the method, using the bundle adjustment method to optimize the measurement and control network. The experiment proved the feasibility and performance.Finally, the overall measurement system test trials to test the system's measurement repeatability of single point and the standard gauge block measurement uncertainty and other technical indicators.
