Research On Business Process Reengineering Of Copyright Trading Of Group A

Copyright trading is a kind of trading activity in essence and the procedure of optimizing the resource allocation and realizing the value of copyright. The development of copyright trading market in China is still under exploration, but it has created tremendous value for economic growth. Museum Regulation of the People's Republic of China issued in 2015 explicitly encourages museums to develop cultural creative products derived from museum collections. The core of cultural creative products development is copyright trading of museum collections, so new content is added into copyright trading. There are many business chances existing in museum collection copyright trading sector, however, due to the particularity of museum collections, the copyright trading still cannot develop practically, because museum employee are lack of related professional knowledge and the collection copyright resources are hard to organize.In order to survive fierce market competition, explore the value of customer resources and provide better service for customers, Group A begins to develop collection copyright trading business based on its rich museum resource accumulated during daily operations. Using value chain theory and business process reengineering theory and integrating theoretical knowledge of copyright trading and practical working experience of the writer, the paper analyzes current situation of museum collection copyright trading, rearranges the Group A's museum collection copyright trading procedure.The paper also pointed out the problems about Group A's trading procedure, for example, the underused resource,low success rate of transaction and lacking of tracking and feedback mechanism.In this paper, these problems are targets of the reengineering plan.Finally, the paper will complete the design proposal of reengineering plan of museum collection copyright trading procedure and conduct the effect prediction in order to satisfy customers demand with the new procedure andimprove enterprises' core competence.The main contributions of the paper are as follows:(1) Summarizing the current situation of museum collection copyright trading and collection-derived products development and analyzing the difficulties of the collection copyright trading. Our government is encouraging the development of cultural creative products derived from museum collections. Under this political background, the paper indicates that Group A indeed has market opportunity to develop museum collection copyright trading business based on its resource, and it will benefit the sustainable development of the Group.(2) To find problems, the paper makes a rearrangement and finds out some problems of Group A's current museum collection copyright trading business procedure. To resolve problems, the paper creatively designs the reengineering plan of museum collection trading procedure, makes the model of process reengineering and forecasts the implementation effects of the model. It is also very useful for other enterprises which engaged in copyright trading business.
