With the maturing of artificial intelligence technology and manufacturing technology,robot technology has been developing rapidly;Fast pace of life in the city and increasing of population aging,makes the household service robot demands especially,the market occupancy rate has soared in the robot industry.In this paper,analyzed the development trend and the market demand of household service robot,studied a wheeled household robot with functions of the remote monitoring.First of all,the paper analyzes design requirements of the wheeled household monitoring robot,gives design parameters of the robot structure,according to the modular design concept,wheeled chassis module,camera lifting and rotating stage module and independent suspension system module is analyzed and designed,established three-dimensional model of the structure of module by Pro/E 5.0,through the motion simulation and interference analysis,verified the reasonable of the structural design of robot body.Secondly,the paper analyzes DKP and IKP of the wheeled household monitoring robot,obtain the relationship between input values and output trajectories.Moreover,analyzed the robot trajectory and compared characteristics of the robot fixed-point mobile can be realized under the straight line trajectory and curve trajectory,provided the theoretical basis for the further research on the control system of robot.Furthermore,the paper analyzes dynamics of the wheeled household monitoring robot.Comparative analysis of the robot obstacle surmounting performance in the case of whether suspension system or not,and four-wheel chassis or six-wheel chassis robot by dynamic simulation analysis software ADAMS/View.And through the parameterized analysis,studied the important factor which can influence the robot obstacle surmounting performance and the relationship between factors and obstacle surmounting performanceFinally,according to structure design of the wheeled household monitoring robot,Physical experiment system of wheel household monitoring robot is built.Experimental analysis of four kinds of sports,including straight line,zero radius rotation,climbing and obstacle surmounting.The experimental results show that the wheel household monitoring robot in this paper meet the design requirements.
