The Design And Application Of Information Monitor And Management System Of Gansu Province Compulsory Education

With the advancement of national nine-year compulsory education strategy,the national education supervisor team establish and issue a series of detailed monitoring indexes and relevant statistic forms.Normally,these forms will be filled in and reported level by level.However,due to various factors,there arises some drawbacks such as false,inaccurate or underreporting data and the lack of dynamic track enforcement.As a result,the work could not be carried out efficiently.Gansu province education supervisor team took the lead to conduct information management of the nine-year compulsory education monitoring.This system set up a database for each child in order to dynamically track each child's nine-year education.Then we analyse and monitor the parameters related to the nine-year education with relevant data.This system reflects the practice of the compulsory education in every region and provides effective and accurate data for relevant policy-makers.This thesis mainly expounds the data encoding for child file information,requirement analysis,module functions design,implementation,testing and running of compulsory education monitoring system,as well as the data mining on school dropout information.The key points are the following:1.Design a set of structured workflow.It works as follows:firstly,local schools collect data,secondly county supervision departments record and upload data,thirdly provincial supervision monitor data statistics and publish,fourthly users of various levels access and lastly administrative departments at all levels make the decision.2.Construct the compulsory education monitoring system.Monitoring function is divided into the following five modules:Data Recording System,Data Upload System,Database Maintenance System,Data Analysis System,Data Publishing System.Encoding of archive data is realized during the design,including administrative code at all levels,information code of schools,dropping out code,inflow/outflow code and special type code,etc.Furthermore,the monitoring for various data indexes is implemented,such as monitoring for dropouts and inflow/outflow students,statistics of students at school,left-behind and migrant laborers' children.3.To find out the cause of children dropping-out,Apriori agorithm is used to analyse the situation of school dropouts.
