The investgations on neurobiology reveal that chaotic phenomenons exists in human's brain. People therefore combine chaotic theory with artificial neural network to make better understanding about the dynamics of brain neuvous systems. Meanwhiles, cooperation among neurons is the main method for brain to deal with information. This work will focus on the synchronization of the chaotic neural networks with different nework parameters and we also study the synchronization of the chaotic neural network with two layer structure. The Aihara chaotic neuron model is used to replace its node of networks with small-world network properties. A small-world chaotic neural network therefore is formed. Numerical simulations are performed for the networks. The synchronization of the network is analysed in different network's parameters including the isolated points, the amount of connected edges, the coupling strength and the connection probability. For the chaotic neural network with two layer structure, we study the effects of remote connected edges between different layers on the synchronizatio. This work is helpful to understand the cooperation of neuvous systems in brain.
