Research On Automatic Control System Of Pumping Station

With the continuous development of our socialist economy,the increase of urban population drastically,the continuous improvement of people's living standard,it's for city construction and management put forward higher requirements.However,the shortage of water resources and the deterioration of water quality and wastewater treatment of the serious influence the prosperity of the city.Many cities are faced with from long distance water diversion to solve the problem.The construction and management of pumping station is very important.And in the building of the pumping station,its management level and automation level is particularly important.Use of automation system,not only can improve the operation efficiency and service life of the pump station equipment,guarantee the effect of water supply,but also reduce the labor intensity of workers,and less manpower,improve the management level.Nowadays,automation technology,the development of computer technology,network communication technology to build efficient use of measurement,control,manage technology provides the possibility.Article by analysis and comparison with the current situation at home and abroad for technical pumping automatic control,the technological backwardness of our country and more defects conclusions mainly inefficient,high energy consumption,often malfunction.This paper presents a pumping station automatic control system design,the program includes the collection of information throughout the pump station,electrical protection,several aspects of the video industry,flow and level measurement,gate control.Design of the main pump station automatic control system,local control unit,industrial video,computer protection,network communications hardware configuration of several parts.Finally,according to some of the problems often encountered during operation pumping station,using genetic algorithms to optimize the scheduling aspect of Cascade Pumping Station conducted a preliminary study,we propose a mathematical model and the Solution.
