Design And Implementation Of The Security Cooperation Office Information System In University

College security coordination office information system has important role during the development of education,it uses the technology of computer network to share security information resources in university.At the same time,the system has ability of computing and data warning to ensure the security of campus environment,standardized processing services and responding to emergencies efficiently.The main work of this paper includes:First,according to the actual situation of security,we analyze the system requirements deeply,and the purpose of the study is to get rid of the three islands of information,applications and resources,and the research direction is to promote the office coordination by system application.Secondly,we use the three layer architecture,RBAC model and MD5 algorithm were introduced into business layer to strengthen the authority management and data security;E-R model design is used in database to strengthen logic and integrity between data;presentation layer uses the Robin Williams interface design concepts to enhance the system operation and user's comfortableexperience.Thirdly,we explore the logical relation of each function module,with the help of business flow chart,data sequence diagram method,optimize business processes,while combing businessdata relationships accurately,and appropriate redundancy and data sheet.Finally,we debugged the system through unit testing,integration testing,pressure testing method,during the debugging environment of sensitive input,for a long time,a large amount of data and high concurrent amount,the system has maintained good running conditions.Debug data shows that the system meets the requirements of collaborative office,and can be normal application.At present,the campus security collaborative office information system has been used in office,this system greatly strengthen the collaborative capacity within the Department and between departments,improve efficiency,reduce the error rate,has very important practical value and reference significance.
