The Development Of College Information Resources Management System

Information resource management system is used for the college information resources management. The system contains a lot of independent or contact elements, and each of them also contain some other elements. The purpose of the development of college information resources management system is to make the information more systematized,standard, modular and simple. The management system is geared to the needs of college teachers and students, it is also fit for the management of software and hardware resources.The system will contain all the important information that a college needs, such as discipline construction, the scientific research management, personnel management,college education, undergraduate education, administration and other parts. Third, based on the demand of information resource management system to design it's function, including the design of the database content, the login module design, system content design, display design, and the design of the concrete operation function. Next, test the system to find the compatibility problems may get when runs under a browser and solve it in time. At last,this paper builds the information resources management system on the server, and the browser and server mode is adopted to improve the operation of the system. This paper makes a detailed description about the function the system requires, and the way we get it.It's the central part of this system, some important code will get detail explain. The system will have different users, so the login interface also has three different modes: teacher,student and administrator. The interaction permissions of different login mode also vary,such as browse, add, delete, edit and so on. Teachers and students are limited only to add,edit, and delete their own information. To some important operation, the user need to be approved by the administrator before they can go on. The administrator can control all the data in the system and have the final control for system permissions, such as add, delete the data, arrange the hardware resources and so on,it also makes sure that all information is true, correct and instant.By now, the basic function of the system is finished, all information can be upload through the server. This paper shows the further development of the information resources management system in the end. According to the principle of system development, all the other improvement should based on what we get now, and enrich the function the system have. The system also has the advantages that it's functional maturation, the strong human-computer interaction ability, simple user interface, convenient operation and data security and privacy Settings. It also greatly reduces teachers and students fill in the same information, convenient for them to sum up all the related information. Beyond that, the system makes lots of complicated data get a unified, coherent set of management, and enhance the work efficiency and informatization level.
