In recent years, with the rapid development of the technology of Web2.0, SNS(Social Network Service) plays an increasingly important role in the network activities. Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Sina Microblog,Renren and other social networking sites are in rapid development, which have brought about more rapid, convenient and diversified social service for users. SNS meets people's needs of non-contact social activities, and changes gradually people's social mechanism and life style. But with its development, SNS has also emerged a lot of problems, such as user information disclosure, malicious information release. Therefore, it is of great significance to understand the mechanisms of information spreading on SNS.At present, there exists a lot of research about information transmission model, but these models described by the transmission mechanism and SNS information dissemination mechanism have certain deficiencies, which cannot fully describe the characteristics of social network information transmission. Hence, a refined SEIR model is established in this paper and the stability of information spreading over SNS is derived from the model, which helps to understand the inherent principles in the spreading behavior. The main content of the article is as follows:1. This paper explores the mechanisms of information spreading and establishes a refined SEIR model, which includes stifling mechanism, forgetting mechanism and latent mechanism, and builds the corresponding mean-field equations.2. The methods of the differential dynamics and the next generation matrix are used to find out the equilibriums and the basic reproductive number 0R,and the asymptotical stability of the network equilibriums are proved theoretically.3. The asymptotical stability of the equilibriums is verified by simulation experiments. Also the effects of the stifling mechanism, latent mechanism, and forgetting mechanism on the information spreading process are well analyzed. The refined SEIR model is more suitable than the other ones for describing the information spreading over SNS.
