It is studying about the development and advantages of high technology in the field of agriculture in Liaoning Province, on this paper. It based on the different eatures and technology demands of the regional agriculture development, to promote the development of modern agriculture, to improve the agricultural science and technology innovation, and to construct the technical service system in rural areas. It can help to establish the promotion on the scientific development of farmers'professional cooperative It will drive the farmers of Anshan area to get a large of fortune.Firstly, the paper expounds the function and significance of agricultural informatization. It analyses the research status and characteristics on the agricultural science and technology information service at home and abroad about current situation and main problems of agricultural science and technology information service in Anshan City. The analyzation are started from the user's needs on the platform. The paper puts a new viewpoint which is applicated the form by three layer model using J2EE Technology and B/S development structure as the technical framework of system. According to the system requirements on the features of the development of agricultural informatization in detail, this paper quotes and introduces the key technology of J2EE.Secondly,according to the system requirements. Paper plans the overall design objectives for the agricultural information service platform. The model design of the system was completed by using RoseUML Rational by constructing the network topology and the network environment of the platform. It designs the database platform by the concept and the logical structure in detail. The system relies on the key technology of J2EE to build the function module. In this paper, some actual results are also designed.The platform adopted broadband network, short message, video, information exchange, manual line and other modern communication technology. The platform provides a new low cost, high efficiency of rural modern information service environment for the leading agricultural enterprises, agricultural enterprises, agricultural cooperatives and the farmers in Anshan area. This paper will study the Anshan agricultural science and technology information platform with local characteristics and complete functions.
