With the rapid development of the computer science technology and Internet technology in this era, the consumption experience of traditional industry and business model be more efficient, flattened, User-Centered that with fast iterative update beyond new technology revolution and the wave of the Internet.The digital and visual interactive become favourite and identification by enterprises and users. The definition of Digitized virtual human technology is digital the human body data for virtual human body models and display them through the visual technology, Digitized virtual human models have been widely used in many industries, especially such as the virtual fitting become the the focus of attention of many researchers for its realistic simulation performance effect. In this paper, To address the demand of personalized custom clothing and the scene of low price, put forward a method to get the reconstruction of 3d virtual human body model based on orthogonal images. The main work is as follows:(1)Get the Body Contour Extraction. To research and analyze the human body measurements technology of domestic and international, put forward the anthropometric data method based on image processing technology. Using image processing algorithm for Front and side of the body image and using different edge detection operator to the human body contour extraction and segmentation comparison experiment result, determined using background subtraction algorithm to extract the target object from the background, using a mathematical morphology algorithm to obtain single pixel front body and silhouette.(2)The body characteristic site measurements. Refer to the national standard GB/T16160-2008 "clothing in the part of the human body measurements and methods" feature area ratio a nd the structure of the human body, the key points for the partition and marked feature points, the characteristics of the parts of the cross section curve regression fitting, calculate the key parts section surrounded degree of data, the method to obtain the anthropometric data and real data relative error controlled within 3%.(3)Construction of parametric human body model. Research on the standard mannequin file formats, different parts of the three-dimensional characteristics of the standard mannequin partition division, common research model deformation algorithm, through the body of data and model mapping using FFD free form deformation method and Parametric deformation.(4)Completed the development of three-dimensional virtual reconstruction of the human system. Virtual fitting system functional requirements analysis module, combined with OpenCV graphics library to write software of image processing based on human data measurement module VC ++. Web3 D based platform, three-dimensional graphics using Web GL library development mannequin deformation parameter module to give personalized virtual human model, cross-platform visual interactive.
