At present,the shortage of energy in the world more and more prominent,and actively explore new energy research will be the focus of future research directions.Meanwhile,multi-organic solid waste for our municipal solid waste,agricultural produce,increasing year by year.Multiple organic solid waste disposal either provide clean energy,reduce energy shortages,but it can effectively avoid the decomposition of solid waste directly into the environment,causing environmental pollution.When processing organic solid waste,dry anaerobic fermentation process due to its high solids,no efflux biogas,biogas residue easy to make organic fertilizer,etc.has been widely attention and study.Dry anaerobic fermentation there was not only a lot of advantages but there are many shortcomings,deficiencies,itself containing solid rate,resulting in poor material flow during fermentation mass and heat transfer is poor,uneven temperature regulation,the material is easy to acidification;Fermentation complexity of the system,making it difficult to precisely control the fermentation process,the control precision low stability.Temperature anaerobic fermentation system is the primary control parameter,and the temperature control accuracy will directly affect the level of anaerobic fermentation of materials and gas production size.Therefore,this article on the basis of research and analysis at home and abroad dry fermentation biogas project on the design of single fermentation reactor,to increase the insulation performance and control performance of the reactor system were studied,the main contents are:(1)Material for mass and heat transfer is poor,uneven temperature regulation and acidification problem,a single dry anaerobic fermentation reactor modeling and simulation.Insulation research reactor,the choice of suitable insulation materials,design the inner wall of the coil warming auxiliary regulating temperature in the reactor;The use of biogas warming,the internal temperature of the spray solution to the center of mass and heat transfer internal problems,slurry spray indirect feedback to adjust the pH of the fermentation library materials.(2)Anaerobic fermentation reactor control system of research,and the main control parameters in determining the control objectives,the complexity and importance of temperature control for dry fermentation anaerobic,focusing on the reactor temperature transfer research.As the material temperature feedback inhibition and large inertia,the time delay,there is not yet a unified model of the nonlinear response of dry fermentation characteristics and stage,a mathematical model of engineering control is difficult to achieve.Based on the existing control theory,the use of biogas fermentation of insulation spray solution to the problem,design a suitable fermentation temperature control system controller and simulation comparative analysis of its design performance.(3)Dry fermentation library control system hardware and software selection,design;for the configuration software design and development.Finally,the cast materials and commissioning of the control system,the test results are analyzed.The test: Dry anaerobic fermentation reactor water temperature at 36.5 ?,24 hours 2 ? temperature drop.Feeding running the reactor temperature is maintained at 35 ± 0.8 ?,slurry temperature 36 ± 0.5 ?.System with high stability,almost no overshoot,settling time is short and so on.Anaerobic reactor gas production and degradation rates have improved to varying degrees.
