In this thesis, a set of high precision gear transmission error dynamic testing system is constructed based on the dynamic measurement method, the high precision circular grating as the sensor, with synchronous sampling mode. In this thesis, the signal processing method is studied, including noise processing, frequency domain analysis and blind signal processing, which are applied to the transmission error signal processing. Then, the method of calculating the gear error data from the transmission error curve is given. At last, the test of the transmission error of the servo mechanism is carried out, and the test data are analyzed and calculated.The main research content of this thesis is as follows:1. The testing method of transmission error is studied. Based on the dynamic measurement method, the transmission error is tested. Because of the high resolution data acquisition card, the direct counting method of counting method is used in the test system.2. The overall scheme of the transmission error testing system is designed according to the characteristics of the seeker servo mechanism. In the hardware part, the function of the hardware is mainly intruduced, including angle encoder, data acquisition card, multi-axis motion control card, driver. In the software part, Lab VIEW is used as the software development tool, the modular programming ideas is used to realize the functions of software, including data acquisition, data storage, data analysis, data display and print report.3. The traditional filter denoising method and wavelet denoising method are studied, and the traditional filter denoising method is applied to the transmission error analysis. The results show that this method can effectively filter out the noise in the signal, and have a good practical effect. After filtering, the transmission error curve is analyzed in the frequency domain, and the accuracy of the frequency spectrum is observed.4. In order to obtain the transmission error of a single gear, the blind source separation theory is studied, and the theory is applied to the gear pair transmission error curve. After the transmission error of a single gear is separated, the method of the transmission error curve is analyzed and calculated according to the theory of gear error analysis. Finally, the single error data of the gear is obtained.5. Hardware and software debugging are carried out in the whole system, the collected data are analyzed and processed, and the measured results are obtained.
