Multi-turn valves intelligent electric actuators as an important part of mechanism among the process of modern industrial automation process control,it can act as the function of automatic,centralized and long-distance control on the valve,the dynamics characteristic of it can affect the performance of its holistic propety bring into play and accuracy control. Virtual prototype technology in the industrial application of Multi-rigid-body system dynamics simulation not only improved the precision of the simulation,but also shorten the product development cycle,has an important application value in the engineering practice. This thesis through to the existing domestic and foreign research development status of electric actuators,based on the "economical and practical,compact structure,easy operation and safe and reliable" design principle,combine the characteristics of the similar products and design requirements for this project,designed and developed a new type of Multi-turn valves intelligent electric actuators.In this thesis,on the basis of further study of the existing electric actuators,improve and optimize the related institutions,and make it not only has the function of the conventional electric actuators,but also more intelligent. Among them,the main transmission mechanism adopts planetary gear instead of worm gear and worm drive. Between speed cut of motor and bevel gear reducer institution arrangement a two-way non-return institutions,which can achieve manual and electric switch freely. At the same time,we design a new torque measuring device,limit the maximum output torque, prevent state such as motor overload. In addition,the thesis of the valve opening and stroke control strategy are studied,adopted a new valve opening and stroke control mechanism,achieve the device and precisely measure the rotational speed of spindle position,as well as achieve integrated control of the valve opening and stroke. According to the modern design process establish parameterized three-dimensional model of the actuator,then using the ADAMS simulation analysis software of virtual prototype model for Multi-rigid-body dynamics research. Finally build a test bench,to manufacture the electric actuator was tested after the completion of research,test and industrial application results show that meet the design requirements,and the product structure is simple,reliable operation,laid the foundation for the final series and industrialization production,and achieved the expected design goal.
