Research And Implementation Of Xinjiang Rural Information Push System Based On Satellite Broadcasting Technology

Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region accounts for about one-sixth of China's land area, it is China's largest provincial administrative regions. Due to the geographical environment and other factors,agriculture has obvious regional and seasonal. In general, the quality of science and culture and ability to obtain knowledge of farmers and herdsman is low, and people still with the laggard agricultural skills in many different places.Therefore, It is the emphasis and difficulty of the rural information research how to use information technology to help farmers acquiring accurate, useful, timely information In the vast sea of information and overcome the obstacle of "Agricultural Information Development Last Kilometer".Some effective solutions are proposed for the difficult problem of obtaining valid information farmers and herdsman in this paper.After studying all kinds of push system technology at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a design idea of Xinjiang rural push system based on satellite broadcasting technology,and is effectively implemented according to the actual situation of Xinjiang. In this paper, the main research work is as follows:(1)To establish a resource audit and service system, the main role is to achieve data interaction with the big platform,push the user to push the application to submit,push the audit of the resources and push the channel selection.(2)In the rural areas of the terminal site server end are integrated into a broadcast control system,can achieve in the absence of intervention by the formulated rules automatically broadcast satellite transmission of visual and audio resources.(3) At the end of the rural areas in the terminal site users design a convenient agricultural,household operation resource receiving and service system. Xinjiang is gathering a group of more than the local Uygur, Han, Kazak accounted for most of the ethnic minorities, so the system must support Chinese, Uighur, Kazakh, the realization of the website multi language.(4)In the rural terminal site integration FM radio and rural radio, the realization of farmers,herdsmen can not be geographical, time constraints to obtain resources.The system whose main purpose is to provide farmers multi-channel, multi-form information services, to ensure that information resources can benefit farmers.Some effective Solutions have been proposed to solve the problem of "Rural Science and Technology Information Service Last Kilometer”,which could reduce the phenomenon of urban and rural information asymmetry to a certain extent, and have important practical value and practical significance for promoting the construction of rural information.
