Design And Implementation Of Record System Of Taiyuan Public Security Police

With the rapid development of economy and technology in our country in recent years, the ministry of public security has entered into an era of information technology on the basis of computer and telecommunication. However, Taiyuan city public security police mostly records and handles the case by traditional handwritten mode, which tends to be inefficient and inconvenient for later file work.Taiyuan city public security policy record system applies B/S architecture, PHP language and MySQL database in the development process. This record system derives from the actual situation, combining with theory of software engineering development, analyzing the problems in the innovation process and proposing the design project of the record system. This thesis describes the development status of record system in both inner and outer Shanxi Province along with the crucial techniques utilized in certain topic. At the beginning it analyzes the details of the system and divides it into five modules which include police officers management, the record information management, case information management, question template management, and other functions. E-R Diagram designs the system database and then through the implementation of each module to achieve the purpose of system design. In the final stage by using the method of black box testing can it complete system function test.The design and implementation of Taiyuan city public security policy record system attaches significance in tasks as to strengthen and fix evidence collection, standardizing law enforcement working ability, improving the efficiency of the investigation command, and completing case files. The record system in practical shortens the time and improves the efficiency of handling cases and realizes the materials in the case normalization, standardization and sequencing.
