This thesis from the development of this system requires learning technology point of view, has introduced the design and implementation of the related development technology, such as J2EE development technology, front JSP as the development technology, server technology, the backstage MySQL database technology. Then we analyze the functional requirements of the system, detailed analysis of the system we want to do with the function, and respectively, through the flow chart, use case diagrams and other technical means to display. After the completion of the demand analysis, we carried out the overall design of the system, including the system architecture design, system function module design and so on. The main functions of the system include user login, thesis upload defense, related content download and other functions. After the design work is completed, we design the interface of the system, and then carry on the function of the system to realize the development work.In the requirement analysis, system function design and development work completed, we conducted a system testing, detailed test has been carried out through the system each function module, found some functional problems, and in your code to be modified. Through the test, we can verify the view of J2EE based on the paper management system can meet the basic needs of the current university management work.
