Microfluidic technology along with in-depth research in the field of micro and nano rapid development,is one of the most forward-looking micro-nanotechnology field.The microfluidic chip as having revolutionary new technology carrier,through the physical,mechanical,chemical,biological,medical and micro-machining and other disciplines intersect,to achieve the biochemical research and pharmaceutical sectors from the sample to detect the integration process,intelligence,miniaturization and portability,only small sample to achieve fast,efficient and precise handling and testing,with high precision,reagent consumption and low cost advantages.The microfluidic chip has a huge impact on the development of multi-disciplinary multi-field,as a bridge to connect related fields.The process is a microfluidic chip microfluidics basic.However,for biomedical and tissue engineering,current microfluidic chip processing technology there are some shortcomings,reflected in the three-dimensional array structure,machining cost and complexity of manufacturing processes and so on.Digital micromirror device(DMD),is an implementation of maskless ultraviolet important processing equipment.Meanwhile ultraviolet lithography technology is based on the hydrogel already very mature,UV polymerization which is gradually being applied microfluidic chip fabrication.As the most common kind of hydrogel precursor,polyethylene glycol acrylate(PEGDA)because it has better UV polymerization and biocompatibility have been widely applied in the field of biology and tissue engineering.Light manufacturing technology with traditional microfluidic chip technology,production based on light manufacturing microfluidic chips is my goal for a number of key issues research study design and control method of a microfluidic chip for light manufacturing in the research work,including the following aspects:(1)For light manufacturing microfluidic chip body design and production.By working desktop engraving machine microfluidic chip design and production methods.With this CNC engraving machine production PDMS microfluidic chip body.(2)Finite element method micro-pillared structure separate fluid dynamics simulation.Finite element method simulation tools Comsol Multiphysics microfluidicchip flow field simulation.(3)For the manufacture of integrated microstructures experimental system platform structures.Construction including PC,laser patterning equipment,three-dimensional mobile platform,the flow control system,and an image acquisition system these most UV-curable micro-structure integrated system control interface written by LabVIEW software.
