Design And Implementation Of Ruijin Hospital Service Management Information System

Based on software engineering concepts, methods and technologies, this thesis discusses design and implementation of Ruijin Hospital's service guidance system. The system's development goal is to provide a set of convenient service guidance help for patients and provide medical information service to patients more efficiently.The thesis first briefly introduces the system's developing background and related software developing technology, then discusses the software's demand analysis. As a part of the hospital's business running management, this service guidance system provides the hospital's medical information guidance, doctor-consulting information guidance and assisted hospital visit information management as its main functions, as well as data integration with background system to realize completed hospital medical information post, dynamic update and enquiry function, so that it can improve patients' hospital visit efficiency and the hospital's medical resource use efficiency. Through demand analysis of the system's main functions, it builds necessary user case modules, and analyzes the system's target performance index. This thesis also discusses the software's general design scenarios, system infrastructures, database design and main modules'internal design scenarios, as well as the system's main module programming realization, running cases and testing. At last, it gives summary of the whole article.This system applies distributed application structure with Web as its core with the middle transaction processing layer implemented in the Web server and database platform. Its developing reaches the anticipated developing goal. It not only apparently improves the service level for patients'hospital visit, but also efficiently improves the hospital's business management efficiency and accuracy, and provides strong support methods for modern high level hospital management.
