Heat exchanger is widely used in the modern industrial areas.Test and research on the properties are of great significance to improve the performance of heat exchanger,thus,developing a specialized test system is necessary.However,for heat exchanger performance test equipment,there exist problems such as large volume,high cost and so on,which causing the coexistence of the waste and shortage equipment in heat exchanger performance test.At the same time,the remote monitoring technology is applied widely,but there is still room for improvement in communication reliability,distance and the user experience.To the problems that mentioned,This paper developed a set of heat exchanger performance test of remote monitoring system,making full use of the both advantages,haying certain research value in the fields such as equipment resource sharing,improve the test performance and optimizing efficiency,etc.The purpose of this paper focus on designing a set of remote monitoring system,which allows users testing performance of oil-water heat exchanger through the network on the basis of the relevant literature at home and abroad.Test system is designed according to the heat exchanger performance test platform,performance index and system control.Developed software design and put forward monitoring system framework and finished the data transport protocol.In the heat exchanger performance test system,the fuzzy PID controller is designed to improve the control quality of the oil temperature.Realized the functions of the testing system by using technology of FLASH animation,virtual instrument and database.Functions,such as main interface,real-time display and storage of data,fault alarm and other features are completed.Each function of the remote monitoring system is implemented by the program based on the research of remote monitoring system software architecture,communication technology and encryption mechanism,completing the design of remote monitoring system.The security of the data transmission between the server and the client is ensured by Socket technology,MD5 authentication and AES data encryption technology.Moreover,the paper discusses the relevant technical problems detailed,such as data transmission in real-time,packet loss,and system security issues.And the integrity of the Remote monitoring system was verified by the test results.
