Design And Implementation Of Experiment Reservation Management System For Anhui Institute Of Trade And Industry

Nowadays, information technology is developing rapidly, and the daily operations of all walks of life can not be separated from the data processing. This is an external environment which is widely used in computer application system. As the scale of the university expands and the demand of teaching management is increasing, it is necessary to use advanced information technology to realize teaching management. For experimental teaching, with the experimental teaching projects more and more, the traditional way of booking can not meet the needs of the experimental teaching process management and open service work, therefore, many colleges and universities to carry out the experimental teaching reform, gradually from the closed to open transition. In order to reduce the burden of laboratory management personnel, and at the same time, it is imperative to develop a set of experiment reservation system.The use of computer application system for the experimental teaching reform, improve teaching quality and management efficiency, to meet the requirements of open experimental teaching. The system realizes the dynamic management of the laboratory, which makes the management more timely and efficient, and promotes the laboratory management of network and information, and provides scientific and modern means for the management of laboratory.In this paper, we design and implement an open experiment reservation management system based on J2EE structure, which is based on the current situation of the experimental teaching in Anhui Industry & Trade Vocational Technical College. The system mainly contains three modules:administrator module, teacher module and student module, the administrator module mainly realizes the laboratory information management, teacher information management, student information management function; teacher module mainly realizes the experimental confirmation, submit grades, notify the cloth and other functions; student module mainly realizes the experiment reservation, view of curriculum, view the results, and other functions.This article will use the software engineering development process of experiment booking management system is described, is divided into:six stages of demand analysis, technology research, architecture design, system design, system implementation, system testing, database using Microsoft new enterprise class database SQL Server2008, in order to improve the efficiency of system development, enhancement system can be scalability, maintainability, safety etc., the system will use the adapter design pattern, using multi-layer architecture, Struts2, spring, hibernate and other more mature framework technology integration constitute a clear structure, research and development of high efficiency and maintainability, and can be extended the merciful architecture of the model. Struts2 is responsible for building the interface view, obtaining the user request, obtaining the form data, Spring is responsible for the business logic processing, Hibernate is responsible for the underlying database persistence function, the system makes the experimental teaching more convenient and fast, improve the efficiency and quality of experimental teaching.
