As the rapid development of architecture and building decoration industry in recent years, people attach more importance to the appearance and color of aluminum, aluminum anodic oxidation technique is an important method of the alloy surface treatment.Domestic anodic oxidation power equipment are mostly silicon controlled rectification power supply. As a result of the need of the construction of energy-saving society, oxidation power as the main load in the power conversion system, which is urgently need us to improve our design to reduce energy consumption.Through the introduction,digestion and absorption of foreign technology, there is no essential difference between domestic aluminum surface treatment technology and foreign technology.But compared with foreign advance level, many differences still exist in the level of technology, equipment condition, technology management, environmental considerations, quality indicators and product quality. Based on the current development situation of domestic aluminum alloy surface treatment process, this paper presents that a kind of high-power SCR rectifier power product is being developed to meet the technical requirements of different aluminum anodic oxidation.This paper firstly introduces several simple anodic oxidation processes and the corresponding power supply equipment. Then puts forward he control scheme of the design, and especially introduces the control circuit and control components. Finally according to design ideas of the power main circuit, method of calculation are put forward for the main components parameters selection.We analyzed the prototype test results at last.This paper is divided into five chapters:the first chapter is the introduction part, which mainly on the domestic history of aluminum industrial development,domestic aluminum surface treatment technology, oxidation power status quo at home and abroad, and introduces the source of subject. The second chapter mainly introduces oxidation power supply equipment and the output waveform. The third chapter mainly discusses the principle and design of silicon controlled rectifier power supply, the selection of main components and the theoretical calculation of the efficiency of the whole machine are discussed. The fourth chapter through the comparison between theoretical data with experimental data, then put forward the optimization system solutions. The fifth chapter simply introduces new high-frequency soft switch power supply made simple introduction and calculate the theoretical value of the whole machine efficiency.With the popularity of green energy and environmental protection concept, more and more people are beginning to realize the importance of saving energy. At the same time, accompanied by the advance in power electronics technology, and constantly improve the technology and methods, the new type of high-power high-frequency switching power supply instead of traditional silicon controlled rectifier power supply has gradually become a new trend of development.
