Depending on the market place, trades can be divided into transaction on exchange and OTC(over-the-counter) in financial markets. Transaction on exchange means doing stock transactionactivities through the stock exchange while OTC refers unlisted or listed securities not to trade through the stock exchange but in the OTC markets. With the fast growth of domestic economy, the direct financing channels of exsisting enterprises(including the Main Board, Growth Enterprise Market, and the Third Market) has become increasingly unable to meet the needs, so it is importane to develope the OTC market to supplement and improve the direct financing channels of enterprises. The quotation system of a OTC system is the item of this study.The quotation system is one of the core systems of the OTC market and the vital topic of the research. The quotation system is expected to adopt the C/S model of distributed systems, and Delphi 7.0 to complete the preparation of the frontend interface of the client which can generate complex graphical program with its friendly graphical development IDE. As the large number of financial software, the database of the system uses ORACLE 10 g, Pro*C as backend programming language and uses the C compiler of VC to compile the C programs that were pre-compiled by Pro*C. In order to meet the requirements of other subsystem interfaces, the system calls or generates dbf data file as input and output, relying on the Hundsuncompany‘s brokerage operations platform V2.0. The system uses multi-threading technology on each interface file read, click the transaction processing, forced transaction processing, market produce, release and other functions.Analyzing the background and the meaning of the system, declaring the aim of the system and the principal of design in detail, system architecture and key technologies are resolved. The system can run accurately to ensure timeliness of information processing and real-time with lots of data query plans and data transmission schemes, and coupled with other subsystems to achieve a normal interaction. For clicked declaration, stock balance checking is processed n the backend. If there is a balance and matching the quotation, then make it deal, update the stock information and declared information and return transaction benefit so that information releasing in real-time. Finally, after the stress test, estimate the daily transactions handling by quotation system and figure out the peak of processing per second.
