Design And Development Of Research Evaluation System For ICT In Regional Education

With the increasing investment on the resources of ICT in education,some areas and schools appeared the idle and waste phenomenon of educational resources.The way to objectively evaluate the development level of ICT in education is highly concerned in social life.In this paper, the regional research evaluation system of ICT in education,which is designed for the regional situation of ICT in education.The construction of the index has some flexibility, and the user can provide feedback to the construction of the index through the research evaluation system.The questionnaire editing module, the questionnaire survey module and the research evaluation module are realized by the application of RIA model,CodeIgniter framework technology and database technology.In the client side,the results of the research evaluation are shown graphically visualized by echarts technology.In order to ensure the stability of system,we not only carried out the function test,also carried out the safety test,the page response time test,the stress test, the compatibility test.The results of the test show that the research evaluation system meets the expected requirements. Because of the scalability of the index, this system can also be used in other regional research evaluation of ICT in education.
