Recently, people are looking for the crossing point of traditional industry and internet,for which recruiting is one of those industry. The raising trends of social network brings not only opportunity, but also challenge. On one hand, more and more company are trying to use social network to save the cost of recruiting, but those active company social network account are publishing so much status that job seeking can't find appropriate job.On the other hand, when people looking for a new job, it's likely that you gonna find job in company where people in you network are working at. And think about it, now, when you see a job from your favorite companies, you must want to check if you have inside connections there, and it even better to get internal referral. And internal referral is more cheaper and effective way for company too, but currently, job seekers don't have this kind of tools to find jobs that can use internal referrals.After deep understanding of these two questions, this paper come up with two major problems though deep analysis to current situation of traditional online recruitment market and social requirement market:Through analysis of above problems and understanding of recommendation system,this paper come up with solution that building social network based job recommendation system to recommend jobs from the companies where their friends worked, to solve that job information are overload for user, they can't find suitable job though social networkOur system build distributed data acquisition module to get weibo data, user friends,user career information from Sina weibo, index these weibo to build key word based search engine, and then analyze user's friends' companies collection, build recommendation engine to recommend jobs related to these companies. And we build website and mobile to let user search and get recommendations wherever they want.
